Hmm… All of the Chrome "people" would need to sign into the same Google account. Then you could selectively sync just the extensions. I use this for keeping extensions in sync between Chrome and Canary.

If you sign into the same Google account in all of the profiles, Chrome sync should handle the extension sync for you.
